What are your delivery methods and charges?
Our delivery method is by Royal Mail. The charges are shown on the delivery checkout page and are dependant on the country of delivery.
Orders are packaged and sent usually within 1 working day and should arrive with you within 2 working days. Overseas purchases may take slightly longer due to the shipping distance. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email.
Delivery restrictions and international addresses
At this time, we can ship to most countries in the World. If your country does not appear in the delivery menu when ordering, please contact us for with your details.
What types of payment method do you accept?
We currently accept Credit, Debit and PayPal payments through our PayPal payment gateway. If you are having difficulty in paying through this method please contact customer care with the information.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. Therefore after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process, and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the order. Of course, you may return unused products for a refund within 14 days from receipt of goods using the return instructions below.
What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept your return of unused merchandise within 14 days from receipt of goods.
Please contact customer services with the word return in the subject line to request a return.
Please return any unused items in their original packaging along with your despatch paperwork to:

Please return your order in the original box as well as your order's packing slip.
Please allow one week for your return to be processed. A credit should appear against your payment method within 14 days from return and will include any cost for returning the shipment to us.
We cannot give a refund for merchandise returned after the 14-day period.
If you suspect a defect on a worn product, the product must undergo inspection before a credit is made to your original method of payment. Please contact customer services with the word fault in the subject line within 30 days of purchase in order to return merchandise to the above address. We are unable to provide this service for products where faults have been caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Suspect faulty goods
If you suspect a manufacturing defect and purchased your goods from a website or retail store other than alago.co.uk please return your purchase to the retailer you made your purchase from where they will inspect the goods and offer a replacement.
If any of your goods are faulty and they were purchased through the Alago Ltd website, simply follow the process above in our returns policy.
